Your Next Steps to Working With Smart Carrier:

All clients must first register on Smart Carrier and complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) form.

This form must be submitted in its entirety and cannot be modified once submitted.

Typically, turn-ups occur within 24 hours. This process is usually straightforward and goes as follows:

1. Register via our portal by visiting:

https://app.smartcarrier.io/register

2. Once registered, login and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) form, which you will automatically be prompted to do.

3. Once the KYC form is submitted, it is sent directly to our compliance company and after review, compliance will reach out within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps.
